1981 Piper PA-18 Super Cub – $141,750 OBO – This meticulously maintained 1981 Piper PA-18 Super Cub is ready for backcountry flying or classic tailwheel fun. With 14,015 total hours, this aircraft was previously owned by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, where no expense was spared in maintenance. It features a 150 HP Lycoming O-320 engine with just 51 hours since factory remanufacture (SFRM)—the lowest time engine of any Super Cub on the market. The two-blade propeller has 1,450 hours since overhaul.
The airframe was recovered in Ceconite in 2009 and remains in excellent condition.
