This 1948 Temco GC-1B Swift, N78314, has 2,985 total airframe hours, with a Continental O-300-B engine at 505 hours since major overhaul and a Sensenich two-blade propeller with 335 hours since overhaul. The engine was overhauled in February 2002 at 2,480 total hours, and the propeller was overhauled in December 2013 at 2,650 total hours. The most recent annual inspection was completed in May 2024.
The avionics include a Garmin SL40 Comm, JPI EDM 830 Color Engine Monitor, Garmin GPS 695, Garmin GPS 400W, and a Bendix KT78 Transponder. Additional equipment includes an LED landing/taxi light, ADI digital clock, Max Pulse Controller 9200, electronic dimmer controller, Power Plane LTD generator, push-button starter, auxiliary fuel tanks, and a Hooker Harness with lap belt. The ELT battery is due for replacement in December 2025.
