It has wood spars, sealed struts, Goodyear brakes, and no electrical system, preserving its original simplicity. The C85-12 engine (1,275 SMOH) has solid cold compressions (#1 71, #2 73, #3 70, #4 75), a new muffler, and an overhauled carburetor. The Flotorp 72A48 prop is in excellent condition. Recovered 314.2 hours ago with Poly-Fiber and Poly-Tone topcoat, it presents an 8.5/10 overall condition. Logs are complete except for 1941–1948 records. Fresh annual included—ready to fly.
