This 1939 North American NA-64 Yale (N44895, S/N 64-2221) has recently undergone a 15-year professional restoration, making it an exceptional, award-worthy aircraft. Powered by a Wright R-975-28 radial engine with only 10 hours since major overhaul (completed in 2022 by Radial Engines), this Yale is a rare and stunning example of aviation history.

Engine: Overhauled Wright R-975-28 (S/N: 40426)
Cowl disassembled, cleaned, and NDT inspected, with parts replaced as needed using NOS and newly manufactured parts according to North American Aviation (NAA) drawings
All hardware replaced with new components
Cowling reassembled and finished with epoxy primer and paint
Fuel and oil tanks cleaned, inspected for leaks, and pressure-tested (passed)
All fuel and oil lines replaced with new lines
